                   A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
                   FRANK SCHRINER AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF
                   THE GREATER CHATTANOOGA CONSTRUCTION
                   INDUSTRY CORPORATION.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby confirmed the 

       appointment of Frank Schriner, Chamber of Commerce designee, and
       President of the First Tennessee Bank, as a member of the Board 
of
       the Greater Chattanooga Construction Industry Corporation.
